Absolutely Great Staff, Miracle Workers. Thanks Doctor Fredrick Lawler and your wonderful team of nurses. I can hear again all thanks to a special Angel Robin D.

Small town hospital located right off of I-95. Wonderful staff members.

I would like to give NO stars but thats not an option. My toddler was brought in on 9/4 he had a seizure and the doctor ordered test and bloodwork and says well his ear looks a little red so its a ear infection and said he called our ped to go over results and they never called me to tell me or my doctor the results. Today 9/7 I took my toddler to follow up with his ped and no records from monday were sent over so I called and the lady in MR was very rude and so I watched the nurse fax the request for the release and the nurse called back and the lady says well I get off at 4:30 and it was a little after 4 so she never sent the records and was very rude to the nurse also so the nurse had to call the ER and finally I believe Kandy was who sent them over. This is my childs life. Oh and the nurse told us to give double dose of medicine which our ped said NO! Btw it was viral not an ear infection actually our ped said there is noway he could have seen his ear drum because there was a huge wax build up so basically he just guessed on my childs health. My toddler that had a seizure and was transported to the hospital via RS. I suggest you go else where unless you just want someone guessing on whats going on.

These doctors and nurses are so full of it I ask to get my grandma transfer to another hospitals they act like I commit a crime or something but if u can't tell me what's wrong with her then I need to take her somewhere they can tell me what's going on with I will never bring her again

Took my daughter for an ER visit for a mild case of croup. I've taken her 2x before at INOVA in Northern VA and it ended up costing about $1,000 total, which I was completely fine with. I took her into Southern Regional Hospital because I didn't have her nebulizer since I was just visiting. A simple nebulizer treatment and oral medication ended up costing me over $6,000! I was baffled that they charged that much! My insurance covered $1,500 and I was paying off the $4,500 in payments because I couldn't pay it all off at once. The billing department was horrible. I kept asking for payments and they said I could pay in payments and they would keep sending me bills that I was overdue. I paid over $4,000 and then they ended up sending the $350 to a collection agency! So annoyed with this hospital overall.
