Had to stop on the way back home from Virginia Beach. It was amazing!! The store was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but a clerk offer to help me. That is very unusual now days. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes and I love every pair!!!
Horrible. 4 employees and it seemed as if I was bothering them asing for help. They did not have the size I needed I ask if they could order the sketcher boots I wanted. Sales lady said they were not ordering anything. Horrible service for such a great looking store. I saw merchandise I loved but will not be back. I love to shop locally but will not patronize this local shop

White's Shoes is a terrific store. I was driving across Virginia on US58 - I had to go to Va Beach on business and I forgot to pack some dress shoes, and I saw the billboard for White's Shoes as I drove into Emporia. I received excellent customer service; a young man helped me through the entire selection and buying process. I highly recommend White's Shoes for anyone in the Emporia area or travelling through the area.
