This place is awesome! It's clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat waiting to escort me from my room to the lobby. I would stay here again.
A GREAT PLACE TO STAY ON OUR TRIP DOWN i-95 ON THE WAY TO OUR FLORIDA HOME. GREAT FRONT DESK AND BEDS
Accommodations were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous. Nice breakfast buffet. Perfect stop off I-95 with plenty of restaurants near by. Will definitely stay here again.
Can't recommend. First room we got smelled very bad. Second room has a caution sticker tape tied to door knob and rail. Third room smelled too but it is now 10:30 pm and we want to crash. The breakfast we will also not do as it looks poorly set up and must be cold items. Hope I am wrong about that. The bed is comfortable.
I have to say that having a pool located in such a prime position in the hotel but not having it operational for the entire summer was the only reason this review carries a four star rating. The staff at this Best Western hands down is the best staff I have dealt with at any hotel during this year. I travel extensively and I have to say that having stayed at this Best Western for a total of 13 days allowed me to get to know the staff better than most. Every single one of the staff from the front desk clerk to the employee serving their amazing continental breakfast took their job very seriously while also projecting warmth and compassion throughout every interaction. I would highly suggest and recommend this hotel over any other hotel in the area. If you have the pleasure of staying at this Best Western believe me when I tell you you will not be disappointed in the service that you receive.
