I recommend! Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Dined in a nearby restaurant, received a 10% discount from the hotel. Everything is fine! 4 stars - the smell from the carpet in the room and the bath outside with stains from previous tenants.
We stopped while driving through from NY to FL. Was clean, friendly and had more than cold breakfast and oatmeal... This morning was scrambled eggs, potatoes (not pasty) and sausage. Waffle machine if you like that
The hotel location was great and there was parking for the RV. The lobby was very nice looking. Though the chairs were very worn. The rooms were fine. Slightly tired looking but clean. The beds were very very firm. There was a pool. It looked fine. We never went in. There was also a breakfast but we left before it was served. The coffee was available 24 hours a day. The employees were very nice and helpful. Oh also, the walls were paper thin. For an overnight stop it was okay.
David our breakfast host is simply amazing . He has a warm spirit and was very friendly to everyone. David made us feel like we were a guest in his home. My son needed help with the waffle machine and he didn't hesitate to help out. The food was absolutely wonderful. Thank you David for being you. THESE 5 STARS ARE FOR YOU!
And decent coffee. Not muddy water. we stop here whenever we're driving through on same route.
The hotel just went thru a big Reno. Changed from homey to modern. Not a good look. But it would not deter me from staying at the property. Rooms now need some updating. But over all fine. Good breakfast.
